Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and TRP Solutions LLC, dba The Revenue Pros, an Indiana limited liability company operating as an advertising agency from Indianapolis, Indiana and serving clients in all 50 states.

2. Services

We provide advertising and marketing services for trade and home service businesses, which may include:

• Google Business Profile claim, setup, and optimization
• Pay-per-call advertising campaign creation and management
• Local search advertising setup, targeting, and management
• Call tracking configuration and reporting

All calls generated are inbound calls placed by consumers responding to advertising we manage. We do not perform outbound calling on the Client's behalf. The specific scope of work for each engagement is set out in a written scope provided to the Client before any payment is collected.

3. Fees and billing structure

Engagements are billed as a one-time project cost, not a subscription or recurring retainer:

• Setup fee — $2,000, one time. Due before setup work begins.
• Project fee — one time, scaling up to $7,000 depending on scope. The project fee is billed in two milestones: the first at project kickoff and the second at campaign launch or project completion.

Typical total cost for most clients is $4,000–$4,500. No amount renews automatically and no recurring charge is created.

Payment is collected securely by phone or through an emailed payment link or invoice following a consultation. This website provides no online checkout or shopping cart.

Advertising media spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is separate from our fees, remains in the Client's name, and is the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Results are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, jobs, revenue, ranking position, or other outcome. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, seasonality, media budget, pricing, and how quickly the Client answers and follows up on calls. Any examples, client stories, or testimonials shown on this website describe individual experiences and are not a representation of what any other client will experience. Results vary.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, licensing details, and account access needed to perform the work
• Respond to requests for approvals and materials in a timely manner
• Answer and handle inbound calls generated by campaigns
• Comply with all laws and platform advertising policies applicable to the Client's trade

6. Cancellation

The Client may cancel an engagement by written notice to info@therevenueprossolutions.com. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: the setup fee is refundable in full if canceled within three business days and before any account or campaign work has begun; once work has begun it is non-refundable. For the project fee, only the undelivered milestone portion is refundable if the engagement is canceled mid-project.

We may end an engagement for non-payment, for inaccurate or unlawful business information, or where continuing would violate advertising platform policies.

7. Intellectual property and account ownership

Advertising accounts and business profiles created or optimized for the Client remain the property of the Client. Templates, internal processes, and materials we developed independently remain our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the Client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time your written scope is signed governs your engagement.
